III. Salary and Benefits 

1. Master’s Degree Holders

  Basic salary: 6,600 RMB/month + Heating Subsidy + Research Awards + Overtime Teaching Compensation (for full-time faculty positions)

2. Doctoral Degree Holders

  Associate professor benefits: 8,600 RMB/month + Ph.D. Allowance of 2,000 RMB/month + Heating Subsidy + Research Awards + Overtime Teaching Compensation (for full-time faculty positions)
