I. University Profile
Changchun Guanghua University, founded in 2000, was restructured into a private undergraduate institution in 2013 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. In 2015, it was rated as a pilot institution for transitioning to an applied undergraduate university in Jilin Province. In 2017, it was designated as an institution under development for granting master’s professional degrees by the Jilin Provincial Academic Degree Committee. In 2019, the University successfully passed the Ministry of Education’s undergraduate teaching quality assessment and was recognized as a demonstration university for transition and development in Jilin Province. In 2020, it was honored as a demonstration university for undergraduate talent training reform in the province. The University currently comprises 13 schools and departments, including the Business School, School of Electrical Information, School of Mechanical and Information Engineering, School of Foreign Languages, School of Chinese Literature, School of Film, School of Art and Design, School of Education, School of Marxism, School of International Exchange, School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the Basic Teaching and Research Department as well as the Department of Physical Education. It offers 45 undergraduate majors and eight junior college majors across seven disciplines such as economics, management, engineering, literature, arts, science and education. The University has a full-time student population of nearly 13,000 and ranks among the top private universities in terms of its all-around strength and educational quality. In the 2024 “Chinese Private University Rankings (Category II)” by the CUAA, Changchun Guanghua University ranked the tenth, maintaining its status as one of “China’s Top Application-oriented Universities” for four consecutive years.

1. Master’s Degree Holders

Associate professor benefits: 8,600 RMB/month + Ph.D. Allowance of 2,000 RMB/month + Heating Subsidy + Research Awards + Overtime Teaching Compensation (for full-time faculty positions)

V. Important Notes
