On January 12, 2025, Vice President of Research of CGU Zhang Yong, Director of the Intercultural Communication Research Institute Dr. Hang XU, Associate Dean ofthe School of International Exchange Zhai Huixin and other faculty members were invited to visit Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland, for a friendly visit to Edinburgh Napier University.

On January 13, the cooperation negotiation conference between CGU and Edinburgh Napier University was held as scheduled. Attendees from Edinburgh Napier University included Ms. Naomi Graham, Vice President of International Affairs, Professor Nick Antonopoulos, Vice President of Research Affairs, Professor Nathalia Tjandra, Head of International Affairs of the Business School, Dr. Pauline Gordon, Deputy Head of International Affairs and, Professor Max Chipulu, Head of Research of the Business School. Through this talk, the research cooperation between CGU and Edinburgh Napier University deepened and the scope for further collaboration was expanded, providing new momentum for the two universities to build a diversified and sustainable partnership in the future.
