On August 5, 2025, Changchun Guanghua University and Edinburgh Napier University in the UK held in - depth exchange activities atENU.Key representatives from both institutions attendedthe event. From Changchun Guanghua University were Chairman Qipeng KANG, Vice-president Haiying GAO, Director Hang XU of the Intercultural Communication Research Institute, and Jiaqi WEI, a teacher from the School of International Exchange. Edinburgh Napier University was represented by Sue Rigby,Vice-chancellor, Naomi Graham,Vice-principalofInternational, Diane Maclean,Dean of the School of Arts and Creative Industries, Nathalia Tjandra, Vice-deanofInternational of the Business School, and Joe ZHOU,Director of International Recruitment andPartnerships.

Both universities, young and dynamic with comprehensive offerings, share similar educational philosophies, emphasizing university - enterprise cooperation and practical skill development for students.Since the formal establishment of their partnership in October 2023, the two universities have conducted multiple rounds of practical exchanges in academic communication, research collaboration, teacher training, and joint doctoral programs, steadily expanding and deepening their cooperation.
