To further enhance the international management capabilities of its administrative cadres, a 12-member delegation from Changchun Guanghua University traveled to Edinburgh Napier University in the UK from January 12 to 25, 2026, to participate in a 14-day specialized training program on higher education leadership.

The training was delivered by a team of senior experts from Edinburgh Napier University, focusing on core themes including strategic planning and implementation in higher education, integration of internationalization into school operations, and expansion of global partnerships. It covered key modules such as innovation in modern teaching methodologies, construction of quality assurance systems, and application of digital governance tools.

Through this program, the participating middle-level management cadres systematically learned advanced international concepts and practical experience in higher education management, achieving significant improvements in their strategic planning capabilities, internationalization mindset, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. All participants stated that they will integrate the knowledge and methods acquired into their future work, injecting new impetus into the university’s internationalization efforts and contributing to new progress in optimizing the talent cultivation system and enhancing team governance efficiency.
