On April 18, 2023, CGU and East Siberian State University of Technology and Management held an online signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The ceremony was attended by Igor Gennadievich Sitsov, President of East Siberian State University of Technology and Management, Vice President Bayana Anatolievna Bazhenova, Vice President Assistant Yu Hongkai, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office Bairma Vladimirovna Shaumbueva, as well as other relevant personnel in the Russia’s International Exchange Office. President Li Xiaoguang, Director of the Academic Affairs Office Zhang Zuoling, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office Wang Cong, Dean of the School of Foreign Languages Shang Wei and other relevant staff attended the signing ceremony.
